SBI Clerk recruitment 2018: The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of an online preliminary exam and then main examination held by SBI.
SBI Clerk recruitment 2018: The State Bank of India (SBI) has released a recruitment notification, providing all candidates a precious opportunity in 2018 to fill more than 9000 vacancies of Junior Associate post (customer support and sales) in clerical cadre across India. Interested candidates may apply online at the official website of State bank of India i.e. www.sbi.co.in from, January 20 onwards. A written examination will be conducted for selection of the candidates. Approx four per cent reservation will be provided in direct recruitment to differently abled persons in this notification.

Eligibility criteria as follow:
Educational Qualification Required: Aspirants should have pursued graduation in any discipline or must be holding any equivalent qualification recognised by the central government.
Those who are already working or current employees in SBI in the clerical or officer cadre cannot apply.
Age limitation: Age of the candidates should be minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years. Relaxation in age will be provided as per the government norms.
Procedure for Selection
The selection will made on the basis of an online preliminary and main examination and test of specified opted language. The language test will only be conducted for those who will qualify mains.
Preliminary exam scheme
Duration : 1 hour
It will be an objective type test which will consist of 100 marks and there will be total 3 sections.
— Reasoning Ability (35 questions): 35 marks
— Numerical Ability (35 questions): 35 marks
— English Language (30 questions): 30 marks
Duration of exam : 2 hours 40 minutes.
— Reasoning Ability and Compute Aptitude (50 questions): 60 marks
— General English (40 questions): 40 marks
— Quantitative Aptitude (50 questions): 50 marks
— General/Financial Awareness (50 questions): 50 marks
There will be negative marking of 1/4th marks for wrong answers in the objective tests.
